THIN LIZZY- Don't Believe A Word
OK, so technically this isn't Thin Lizzy, its a side project supergroup with two members of Thin Lizzy (Phil Lynott and Scott Gorman) plus Gary Moore, drummer Cozy Powell, and a keyboard player I've never seen before. I think the band was a short lived collaboration while Lizzy was taking a break just after recording Black Rose.
Such a great performance though, Gary Moore is so good in this. I think he's playing Peter Green's Les Paul that Green gave to Moore after losing his mind and leaving Fleetwood Mac [see post above]. Stick with it because at 2:48 the song morphs into a proto-metal dual lead guitar onslaught with the tightest ending of any song I've ever heard.
